The album can be downloaded after the release Party. On this site mp3 files will be offered (192kbps) and a special torrent link will be provided for the original CD master for those interested in remixing or using our work for their own creations.

2500 CDs have already been distributed and we have 400 left that we will sell on Wednesday. The very stylish-environmental-friendly Jakebox looks like this http://www.jakebox.com and should be more then an incentive to buy the CD … and of course the 10€ price tag (who said that a CD should cost 15 or more ?).

Work in Progress : our new recording

We already did the tracking and are now looking for a mixing engineer.  The tracking went fine at the Heckenmonster-Studio owned by Max, but we won’t touch this second step.

We don’t want an over-polished sound but something more raw. We have some ideas and recommendations but nothing has been decided yet.

Another crucial point concerns our dedication to the Creative Commons philosophy and the Band agreed to publish this upcoming record under the following CC licence :

Too Hot, Sven’s Tune

I confess, it’s a live recording done with a Roland R09. It was directly recorded as mp3, it’s loud (and proud?) and boomy and, and, and … but who cares? We like it a lot especially as Roby Glode lets it all hang out on the sax. And yes, it’s a soprano sax, the same as Kenny G.


(Oh and I forgot, Too Hot is a very cheesy title for a song … sorry)
